Dr. Anthony “Tony” Frasca, Associate Clinical Director, received his MSPH at the University of South Carolina in 1994 and his MD from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency in Psychiatry in 2001 at Wake University Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Frasca is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association
