Broughton's Human Resources Office serves all employees at Broughton Hospital for health and disability insurance, Workers' Compensation, retirement, longevity, address/name/tax/beneficiary changes, recruitment and salary administration, safety, employee relations, classification, promotions, transfers, and any other related issues.  The office is fully responsible for personnel programs and must ensure that these are administrated in a fair and equitable manner for all employees.

The Human Resources Office at Broughton Hospital consists of eight staff members who are located on the 4th floor of the Avery Building, with the exception of Employee Relations, which is located on the second floor.  The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, and other hours if necessary in order to accomodate third shift employees.
