 Ms. Ragsdale attended the Business College South Carolina and Western Piedmont Community College.  She has been at Broughton Hospital and in the Human Resources Office since April 7, 1974. She functioned in a variety of roles in the office, particularly as Personnel Analyst for approximately fourteen years and as Human Resources Manager since 2000.
