Radiology Services

Broughton Radiology Department is located primarily on the second floor of the Jones Building. The department includes two radiographic rooms, CT, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.  One room is a Seimens tomography suite utilized for both regular dignostic radiography as well as tomographic IVP studies. The second room is a Fisher fluoroscopy suite utilized for Upper GI studies, Modified Barium Swallows, and Barium enema studies to mention just a few.

Broughton's GE CT unit is located on first floor of Jones building.  This unit is used primarily for head CT's although CT chests and abdominal studies are perform as needed. Ultrasound at Broughton is now being done on a Siemens Sonoline Versa Plus with doppler capability. The Nuclear Medicine suite currently houses a Siemens Spect Gamma Camera.
